Ranking criteria and confidence

Criteria: extra camera steps, night-vision dependence, audio dependence, ambiguity, and how easy the clue is to miss. This is not a damage, rarity, or power ranking.
Confidence labels: all placements are Reported. City Maintenance remains Disputed because current community source wording conflicts.

High attention: hidden-view checks
Night-vision and multi-view cases deserve the most attention because a normal door view can look ordinary. New Neighbour, Secret Agent, Lost Girl, and Sleepy Woman fit this group in current reports.
Medium attention: camera and audio checks
These cases need time on a feed or the full spoken line. Homeless Man, Party Girl, Ballerina, Dog Owner, WiFi Kid, Obby Player, Classmate, and Gym Bro fit this group.
Fast when the story is specific
